Description
Born in Manhattan, Robyn is the daughter of an international real estate developer. As such, from a very young age, Robyn attended many FIABCI (the international real estate federation) congresses all over the world. It was her FIABCI contacts that enabled Robyn at the age of 18 to travel throughout Europe researching international rent control laws. The data she collected was subsequently published in a United Nations paper on the topic. Robyn started her professional career in finance in the mid 80's. After successfully establishing a risk management department at a large French Commercial Bank in NYC in order to comply with the regulatory authorities’ requirements of the time, Robyn returned to her roots and, harnessing her deep knowledge of real estate and finance, has been an accomplished transactional broker since 2000, assisting individuals and investors navigate the complex Manhattan real estate markets. Robyn graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in psychology, has an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and is fluent in French, English and possesses good working knowledge of Spanish and Italian. Aside from being a published author, assisting her clientele with their real estate projects, it is Robyn’s most fervent wish to see her father’s legacy thrive as a Board of Director of The Global Housing Foundation, an NGO that transforms slum housing in developing countries. Robyn loves working equally with buyers and sellers and strives to orchestrate deals that minimize stress for her clients. "Efficient, intelligent and courteous" is how one recent seller described her; "resourceful, encouraging, just invaluable" is how one of her buyers defined her.
