With more than three decades of experience in real estate and finance, Shaun brings a rare combination of industry knowledge, financial expertise, and lending solutions to today’s borrowers. Since entering the real estate industry in 1992 after earning his New York State Real Estate Sales license, Shaun has built a career focused on helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
Shaun graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business in 1993 and began his professional career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP, one of the former Big Six accounting firms. That foundation in finance and analytics continues to shape the way he approaches mortgage lending today.
Since transitioning into mortgage origination in 2002, Shaun has worked with major national lenders including JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, where he specialized in traditional residential financing such as Conventional, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA loans. Over time, he expanded his expertise into more specialized lending solutions while working with The Federal Savings Bank and Axos Bank, developing deep experience in the non-QM mortgage space.
