I've been a mortgage banker since 2002, having worked on the Retail side for JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America, The Federal Savings Bank and Axos Bank. I now originate residential mortgage loans for purchases and refinances for the Quintessential Mortgage Group. My clients are referred primarily by real estate brokers, attorneys, financial planners, accountants, and past clients. I attended New York University's Stern School of Business, and worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Arthur Andersen LLP. My focus is on communication with my clients and referral sources, and keeping all parties in the transaction actively involved. With deep knowledge of the industry, I do a lot of work upfront to avoid any unnecessary surprises in getting loans to the closing table, and having met my client's expectations for a smooth transaction. Specialties: Conventional and Non-conventional (non-QM) Residential home lending for co-ops, condominiums and 1-4 family homes.
