I worked with Shaun on financing the purchase of a condo in the UWS. He went above and beyond to get me a fantastic rate using the VA loan. Getting VA loan approval in NYC is extremely complex and required a tremendous amount of new paper work. When I called the VA they said it would not happen. We had a very tight deadline, but Shaun managed to navigate the constant hoops of bureaucracy and got me approval. I cannot recommend him enough, he was extremely responsive to any question I had.
